حائط ساتر (Curtain wall) أو جدار عازل أو جدار غير محمل, خاصتة انه لا يحمل إلا أن وزنه. هذه الأحمال تنقل إلى الهيكل الرئيسي من خلال عقدات أو أعمدة المبنى.
الحائط الساتر مصمم لمقاومة الهواء والماء وتسلل الرياح وضد الزلازل.
