{{Non-free album cover}} is used for covers from all types of audio recording releases, not just albums, despite the name of the template.

 Usage

 Parameters

• |image_has_rationale=yes, optional parameter which will stop the message box in the lower part of the template from being displayed. In this case the usage is: {{Non-free album cover|image_has_rationale=yes}}
• |1=, optional unnamed parameter may be used to sort to a subcategory of the (default) Category:Album covers category. An example code is: |1=Album covers by visual artist, which sorts the page to that subcategory... Category:Album covers by visual artist.
• |auto=
